On-line correspondence now on EquiNet

You've heard about it, now it's here. New under Online Tools & Information on EquiNet is Correspondence.

We're working hard to provide you with on-line correspondence that will make it easier to do business with Equitable Life. We have just introduced new functionality to allow you to see copies of correspondence we send to your clients online. All correspondence produced since September 3rd is available for you.

Thanks to everyone for your feedback with the survey, we have taken your advice and moved onto working on Profiles, with this section you'll be able to determine what email address we send communications to and pick what you get notified on!

With the email notification in place giving us the ability to get the appropriate communications to you faster we will be able to stop printing the physical copy of correspondence in November. With 24/7 access you will get your information faster and easier through EquiNet, while you are there check on your pending cases, Inforce block of business and review your Policy Anniversary Statements; all securely available at your fingertips.
