Final qualifiers will receive notification from their Regional Sales Manager and Regional Assistant Vice-President as part of their invitation/ registration communications in early 2013. The qualification period is January 1, 2012 to December 31, 2012, during which regular production statements will be provided for NAFYC standings along with periodic information on the hotel and the city.
