Electronic Signature Updates Feb 2021In October, we updated EZcomplete® online application to automatically request additional information for e-Delivery. This information included name and email addresses for Insureds, Joint Owners, Signing officers, Parents and Legal Guardians. At that time, only the advisor and policy owner needed to eSign the policy delivery documents.
- As of February 6, documents applicable to an insured, signing authority, etc., will need to be e-signed by the applicable party(ies). We have been collecting these missing email addresses to avoid delays associated with issuing policies.
- As of February 25, our eSignature platform will no longer support Internet Explorer. We recommend using Microsoft Edge or Chrome to complete eSignatures for EZComplete and eDelivery.
