Electronic Signature Updates Feb 2021 In October, we updated EZcomplete® online application to automatically request additional information for e-Delivery. This information included name and email addresses for Insureds, Joint Owners, Signing officers, Parents and Legal Guardians. At that time, only the advisor and policy owner needed to eSign the policy delivery documents.
