 Updates to the eDelivery process Since launching Equitable Life’s eDelivery in early April, we have been working hard to improve the process and are pleased to share the following updates.
MGAs and National Accounts will now receive a copy of the eContract notification
The MGA and National Account contact, as indicated on the application, will be sent a copy of the eContract at the same time as the advisor.  While there is no action required, this email allows an MGA/National account staff to review the policy delivery package by logging into the secure link.
More time to e-sign 
We have increased the number of days for you and your client to review and e-sign the policy contract and display the actual expiry date in the email. This will help ensure you both have the time needed to finalize the details. Advisors and your clients will receive reminder emails when a signature is outstanding and required. You will have up to 45 days to return all the settling requirements.
Downloading policy delivery documents
Effective June 3, the policy delivery documents can be downloaded any time prior, during or after the signing process by clicking on the “Download” or “Download All Files” icons.
