It is the individual provider's responsibility to communicate to the field what the Electronic App Cut Off time is each month end.
Only those commissions received on the "Last Date to Report Month End" will be included in the month end cycle.
Requirements On Applications With Split Sales Are As Follows:
- A completed Agent Report within a Life application MUST indicate both writing agents.
- Both Agents must sign all applications AND both Agent Codes must be listed on the agent report and/or application.
- Do not indicate a second writing agent, if that agent has not yet received their license and/or is not contracted.
