December 29, 30 and 31, 2025 - 8:30 a.m. – 7:30 p.m. ET
Thursday January 1, 2026 - CLOSED
All underwriting evidence must be received by Wednesday, December 10th. This gives our underwriting team time to review evidence and make a decision wherever possible. This also provides an additional few days for the issue/settle documents to be received and actioned by the cut-off date.
New Business
This year, our New Business team needs ALL final settle documents in good order by Monday, December 22nd. This will give us until Tuesday, December 30th to settle the policy.
Field Payroll
• Second Last Pay Period for 2025– December17, 2025 to December 23, 2025 (Transmission and statements available on December 24, 2025)
• Last Pay Period of 2025 – December 24, 2025, to December 31, 2025 (Transmission and statements available January 2, 2026)
• First Pay of 2026 – January 1, 2026, to January 6, 2026 (Transmission and statements available on January 7, 2026)
Daily Pay will run on business days.
Summary
If applications or files come in after the posted cut-off dates, we’ll do our very best to help and aim to settle the policy by year-end. Although we can’t promise the timeline, we’ll work together to make it happen wherever possible.
