1. EZcomplete now displays Critical Illness insurance premiums We have exciting news about EquiLiving^® Critical Illness EZcomplete® applications. Effective April 22, 2023, EZcomplete will calculate and display critical illness insurance premiums automatically! This will save you time during the application process.
   
   EZcomplete will calculate and show both the yearly and monthly premium amounts as you complete the application – this is similar to other Equitable Life insurance products. This means you do not need to run a separate illustration to determine and input the premium amount into EZcomplete anymore.

5. COVID-19 testing: Find the information you need

   The Ontario government recently announced it has expanded access to COVID-19 testing to include select pharmacies throughout the province. As the pandemic continues, it’s important to know how to access testing if you’re experiencing signs and symptoms of COVID-19 or suspect you have been exposed to the virus.

   Guidelines for who should get tested and how to access testing vary across the country, so it can be difficult to know what applies in your jurisdiction.

   To help make it easier, we’ve provided links to COVID-19 testing resources for each province and territory. The resources include self assessments, guidelines for who should get tested, how to access testing, and testing locations.

6. WFG KYC and Trade Ticket documents are now part of EZcomplete

     
   
   Equitable Life® wants to help you get on with your day. Effective June 11, 2022, WFG’s KYC* and Trade Ticket documents will be integrated into the highly rated EZcomplete® online application tool. This means no more completing these documents separately and uploading them to EZcomplete.
   
   By integrating the KYC and Trade Ticket with EZcomplete:

   • these documents will automatically populate with information collected in the EZcomplete process,

   • necessary signatures will be captured, and

   • these documents will be sent to WFG’s back office on your behalf.

    
   Once the application has been submitted, signed documents will be available for advisors, clients, and joint clients to download. It is that easy.
