  1. New Online Policy Loan Form
    Advisors will now have access to a new digital policy loan form on EquiNet™.

    On eligible policies, you can launch a customized policy loan form through the Values tab in Policy Inquiry. (login required)

    This form is quick and intuitive. You tell us the loan amount, how your client wants to receive the funds, then confirm your client’s contact info and submit! Once your client signs, it is sent for review and processing within our current service standards.

    This is the first form to be digitalized and we plan to continue this work with more forms later this year.

  2. A new look and feel for EZtransact, our digital self-serve tool We’re excited to introduce a new look and feel for EZtransact™, our digital self-serve tool.  EZtransact allows you to:

    • •  Manage client segregated fund policies conveniently and eliminate the hassle of filling out forms and facilitating signatures.
     
    EZtransact now has a simplified and modern design that will make managing pre-authorized debit requests even easier!

  6. Commission schedule update We’re pleased to share that we’ve released a new and improved Commission Schedule (Schedule “A”), effective October 27, 2025.  

    What’ s new
    • The Commission Schedule (Schedule “A”) now includes all commission details, including FundSERV commissions.
    • The “FundSERV – Producer Commission Schedule (Schedule B)” document has been discontinued.
    • The schedule has been redesigned to offer greater clarity through plain language and improved structure.

    What hasn’t changed
    • There are no changes to any commission rates or provisions.
